Formulate the company's management policies and strategies related to ESG development 
Supervise and evaluate the rationality of the company's ESG risk identification and management
Set ESG-related goals and regularly review the progress of ESG work

Establish ESG management systems and processes, specific ESG indicators, and an annual ESG work plan 
Be responsible for promoting ESG management and report to the board of directors on a regular basis
Carry out activities such as ESG-related exchanges, consultations and training
